The BLACKFEET CABLE PLUS fence system (leaflet here), compatible with the previous Geoquip Alpha and Geozone systems, is a technology of historical reliability for intrusion detection on fences or perimeter walls. The solution in this case was applied in double section on the perimeter fence of a high security site:

1. A first section of fence cable was inserted in a flexible stainless-steel sheath and fixed by means of stainless steel clamps on the fence, made up by independent steel poles drowned in concrete.
2. The second section of the fence cable was fixed in sinusoidal mode at the top, on steel cables laid horizontally to detect the attempt to climb over.

The Black-Feet solution was implemented to protect a new segment as an extension of a previous Geoquip system and found to be 100% compatible.

The new Black-Feet-CU control unit, completely renovated and with digital signal management, allows simple calibration to identify cutting and climbing over fences or breaking through walls, possibly replacing the previous CU without modifications to the existing system.
